We recommend Shore Adhesive (1-part or 2-part) and Toluol Cleaner to attach our Deluxe and Economy Tie-Downs safely and securely to all Hypalon, Royalex, fiberglass, Kevlar, and aluminum boats, and for use with our Hypalon Repair Kits for Hypalon boats.
You can use Vyna-Bond Adhesive and MEK cleaner to bond Vinyl Tie-Downs to Royalex and vinyl boats, and for use with our Vinyl Repair Kits for vinyl boats.
NEW for 2004! PVC/Urethane Adhesive! Clifton 2-part Urethane Adhesive needs no introduction to those in-the-know in repair shops. We have also used this 2-part adhesive without the activator on vinyl with excellent results - it's hot stuff!

Shore Adhesive & Toluol Cleaner |
Recommended for Hypalon Tie-Downs.
We recommend Shore Adhesive and Toluol Cleaner for all of our Hypalon Tie-Downs. Shore is a powerful contact cement, and when used correctly with Toluol Cleaner, will attach our Deluxe and Economy Tie-Downs safely and securely to all Hypalon, Royalex, fiberglass, Kevlar, and aluminum boats.
Shore Adhesive is now available in either 1-part or 2-part formulas. 1-part Shore and Toluol Cleaner are available in half-pint, pint, quart, and gallon cans. 2-part Shore is available in pint, quart and gallon cans.

Recommended for Vinyl Tie-Downs Only.
Use Vyna-Bond and MEK (Methyl Ethyl Ketone) to bond Vinyl Tie-Downs to Royalex and vinyl boats only. This adhesive and cleaner may also be used to repair anything from vinyl duckies to quality PVC rafts. Vyna-Bond is available in 1 ounce tubes, and 12 ounce and 1 gallon cans. MEK comes in half-pint, pint, quart, and gallon cans.
