If you would like to become a dealer, please read the terms below and use our Dealer Credit Application to apply for an account.
Credit Terms:	2%10/Net 30 or Net 30 - upon receipt and approval of your credit application
Payment:	All orders are C.O.D. (add $7.00 charge per order) unless credit has been approved. We accept cash and checks. Payment(s) received will be applied to the oldest unpaid invoice(s). There is a $25.00 fee on all returned checks. Outstanding accounts will not be shipped until arrangements are made to bring the account current. Discounts will be forfeited on overdue invoices.
Custom Orders:	Custom orders are our specialty at Whitewater Designs, Inc. Please contact us with your ideas. For color substitutions on straps, add 25¢ per strap when ordering less than 25 of one size.
Preseason Orders:	Orders received by 12/31 of a given year for purchases for the following year will be discounted by 3%. If the total of the preseason orders is $500 or more, we allow an additional 5% discount. Shipments can be scheduled over the year.
Minimum Orders:	Whitewater Designs, Inc. does not have a minimum order amount. We do, however, charge a $6.00 Handling Charge on orders less than $100.00.
Drop Ship Fee:	All drop-ship orders of less than $50 will have a $10 fee added. Drop-ship orders of $50 to $100 will have a $6 fee added.
Shipping:	All shipments are F.O.B. Eugene, OR. Shipments will be through UPS. If possible, we ship within 24 hours on stock items. Orders received by 9:00 PST will be shipped on the same day, when possible. Orders will be shipped on a first-come, first-served basis.
Guarantee:	Whitewater Designs, Inc. guarantees its products against defects in materials and workmanship. Simply return the item in question to us with an explanation of the problem encountered and we will gladly replace it. Due to continuous product improvement, Whitewater Designs, Inc. reserves the right to alter specifications without notice.
Return Policy:	If you are not satisfied with our merchandise for any reason, or if the merchandise is not selling, you may exchange it for any product manufactured by Whitewater Designs, Inc. (All exchange merchandise must be returned in salable condition.)
Late Fee:	There is a 2% charge on all balances over 30 days. Subsequent orders on accounts outstanding over 30 days will be shipped C.O.D. for the total outstanding amount due.
